Message from the Founder
LAIT Foundation was born out of a simple but important question; “What would education in Africa look like if every teacher and school leader was fully supported to lead well?”
In my work with educators, I have seen deep commitment and passion, often matched with limited access to leadership development and professional support. At LAIT, we believe that educators are not only instructors, but leaders who shape schools, communities, and future generations.
Our work focuses on strengthening leadership capacity that is ethical, reflective, and responsive to the realities of education in Africa. Through our programmes, research, and advisory services, we create opportunities for educators to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.

The LAIT SCHOOL AUDIT is a comprehensive internal audit of schools. It includes a current position assessment, recommendation, action plan based on recommendations, full scale support for implementation and a rigorous monitoring and evaluation process.
